Falck normally holds the interview at the headquarters (Petaluma Station). The interview process is fairly simple. They normally hold group interviews where there are 3 stations. Stations include Oral interview in the office with 2-3 managers, going into a rig with on duty EMTs for vitals demonstration, and the weight lift test. Petaluma, CA group EMT interview in January 2019. Multiple choice exam, write a PCR, lift weights, take vital signs, 2 on 1 interview all in less than 4 hours. I thought I did well enough to get an offer. Apparently I did not.
