I applied online. I interviewed at FanDuel in Sep 2024
Interview
Was contacted by a recruiter about phone screen a week before Labor Day.
Right before holiday weekend began, a different recruiter reached out saying original recruiter could no longer do interview but she could instead. However, she said she'd be out the entire next week leaving me a few hours to reschedule interview.
Got it rescheduled in time and was set to be Zoom interview instead of phone screen. Half hour before interview, recruiter asked to push it back by an hour.
Once interview happened, she robotically sped through a series of behavioral questions as though they had already decided on a candidate and this was a mere formality. She said she'd be in touch "mid next week," did not receive rejection until following Friday and was not from her personally but a system generated email.
