Extremely negative overall experience from a candidate standpoint. Applied for the role, and had a lengthy screening interview with the recruiter. The Recruiter discussed two opportunities and committed to following up with scheduling interviews with the hiring managers for each role. The recruiter never followed up, ignored emails asking for status, and finally followed up with a canned "moved forward with other candidates" about a month later. No feedback as to rationale behind the disappearing act. I would strongly recommend not applying for a role at Fanatics.
