      I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Fanatics (Denver, CO) in Aug 2025

      Interview

      I was contacted by a recruiter for this role. I had an initial recruiter screen. The second round was with the hiring manager. After round two, I was told I was a finalist for the role. I was scheduled simultaneously for all remaining rounds (a case study presentation with a panel, an HR interview, and interview with a Sr. Director) presumably because the other finalists were farther along in the process. After completing the case study presentation and continuing to prepare for the remaining two interviews, I received a cancellation notice for one of them that morning at 7:00 am. Within the cancellation was a templated rejection message with no specific feedback. I emailed the recruiter and later left them a voicemail to try to obtain feedback from the interviewers on my candidacy. I never received a response. As a finalist for a role of this nature, I find this to be an extremely poor candidate experience.
