I was contacted by the recruiter. The initial interactions were professional. Then I had a phone interview with the team lead/manager. This was also a good experience, and more of a two-way communication, where I had the chance to explain my goals and a chance to listen to how they fit in with what FF was looking for. There was a technical discussion also.
This was followed by a round of interviews in person, all technical. The team impressed me with their professionalism and passion about the project. This is a strong team.
The recruiter was very good at following up on further questions I had, and went out of his way to address them, either directly or rerouting them to the person best equipped to give the answers.
All in all, I highly liked the experience. I feel that I walked away learning a lot more than I went in with. I did not feel it was the right position for me at that time, but I think it is a team I would have enjoyed working with.
