After phone interviews with HR and Director I had an on site interview and I was told I would be called the next day for a final decision. It's just simple rudeness that they never gave you any feeback even though they promised they would. This should not never happen at a sophisticated and progressive employer. How an employer treat their candidates after interview could be indicative of how they manage their employees. Since my application was disrespectfully handled I will tell others not to work there, not to mention not to purchase their products. I think I deserve an employer who is known for showing respect for job candidates. Their interview process was neither efficient nor effective. I was interviewed by 4 people separately in a span of two hours. Different people asked the same questions in separate interviews. After two hours drive plus two hours meeting I was treated like I never existed. Compared with their enthusiasm before interview it was really disrespectful. The CEO put his nephew on the top management team and I do not think such environment would lead to any success when you use incompetent individual simply because he is your relative.
