I did 3-4 phone interviews with different people who were not very knowledgeable. The reason I say that because I have been talking to a lot of people and when I compare the smart questions they ask I found that FF people are not very powerful people. I invited onsite after 5-6 weeks and again 7-8 people started asking some questions and they did not even understand my research and my answers. Especially 2 directors, they were very old and they did not even know the concept and the position that I was invited for. Funny questions. My general experience is, I feel like the interview process with this company is waste of time and money and with this people, I do not see a future ahead of this company. A lot of smart people left the company because of bankruptcy and this company is good just for postdocs who are only in need of a temporary position.
