Initial phone interview with recruiter; phone interview with hiring manager; face to face interview with panel presentation and the they split into 4 interviews. The split interviews were kind of odd, they lined up some very young guys that seemed not to really know what they were looking for. In a process like this, the interviewer must be pushing and controlling to get the best out of the candidates. They have several people coming from Tesla, my feeling is that they’re biased in that direction.
