The good: When asked, those I met said the company was “chaotic" and “very high pressure” and I appreciated that transparency.
The bad: Over this period the company was accused of illegal activity, outed by a short seller, threatened with two class-action law suits and their share price (which is a large piece of employee compensation) dropped from $12 to $4.50. Two people I interviewed with left the company, both had been with Faraday Future months and were clearly unhappy on our calls.
I was offered a role but they wouldn't disclose any information about their legal and financial troubles, it felt like I would be joining a ship that was already sinking and having Faraday Future on my resume would be a hindrance given the consistent allegations and negative press.
Video interview with the hiring manager. It was generally okay on this part but overall I'm not so confident in the company's future. (Talked about the growing pains and some internal chaos.)
Well, then did not hear anything from the company, even a rejection letter. That's rude and unprofessional.
There are lots of good EV startups in the industry, but Faraday Future, question mark.

Initial touchpoint with a headhunter. Then they wanted a panel interview for three hours, buy we ended up doing them a separate.
Side managers seemed very green and asked extremely basic questions for things that have been already addressed prior to SOP. The hiring manager, a Chinese with little experience, barely asked questions.
The offer was somehow good, almost too good to be true. However the cost of living in LA requires a sacrifice; something that company has only placed on their people.
I decided to decline the offer as they have a lot of bad press and a history of layoffs. But most importantly, I don't believe in their product: a costly vehicle from a company without any good reputation in an increasingly red ocean? Nope
