I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Faraday Future (Gardena, CA) in Aug 2022
Interview
The interview process took around 5 weeks. I have cleared 6 rounds of interview including a product challenge. After multiple onsite interviews, the hiring manager said you would get an offer by end of August. The hiring manager took me to the lunch, post lunch and some general talks, the hiring manager asked if I can join as an intern as it is a bit tricky and need many approvals to onboard a PM. Later, when we came back he said, let's see how it goes. Post that I kept checking with the recruiter, Reply from recruiter Week 1: "I just came from PTO, catching up with emails". Week 2: "We have great feedback from the team on your interview performance, waiting for the department VP's feedback". Week 3: "We are moving with other candidates, and wish to work with you in future". I mean it was ridiculous that how "you would receive an offer" changed to "We are moving with other candidates after 6 rounds of interviews"

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Faraday Future (Gardena, CA) in Oct 2016
Interview
One on one interview. Interviewed with different people in the product strategy group. However, the interviewers seemed unsure about what opening they have in their group or the position I was interviewing for. The company seemed very disorganized because it's in the startup and expanding mode.
