It took about 2-3 months just for it to get approved it was also very lengthy process HR seemed they had no idea what was going on. It took like 4 weeks for a background check it was crazy

Was referred to the hiring manager by an acquaintance. After a phone screen, next step was an on-site interview. Took several weeks to get the on-site interview scheduled. Interview consisted of several one-on-one interviews with different people in the department. The next week I returned for a one-on-one interview with the hiring manager.
