I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Farmers Insurance Group (Oklahoma City, OK) in Mar 2019
Interview
Relaxed. Much like a conversation would be. Everything flowed nicely without the rigid awkwardness of some interviews. I spoke with one of the managers in their office. They even made accommodations to meet me earlier than the normally offered times since I worked full-time at the time.

Interview
Great interview but friendly staff. I got the job and training has been great so far. Still learning alot it is not as easy as it seems. But the training is very good and we learn something new everyday.
Good experience -interview was difficult but they allowed plenty of time to get questions and nerves out , not your average interview questions are intensive so be prepared to be thrown curve balls
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Farmers Insurance Group in Jun 2025
Interview
This company is notorious for putting you through the whole process and then pulling away last minute. Claims they only needed one interview, however they lied and brought me back in for another interview. Unprofessional and ultimately went with someone is fluent in being bilingual. If that is what you need then be transparent from the beginning.
