Interview
The interview process is a 3 step process. The first interview is basically Farmers getting to know you, to make sure you look and behave in a professional manner. The second interview talks a bit about the job, and its requirements. The third is a more in-depth version of interview 2. After the 3rd interview they'll call and offer you the job.

The gentleman who hired me, didn't really ask me any difficult or unexpected questions. He was more interested in getting to know me, to see if I had the personality and intelligence necessary to be an insurance agent.
