Interview
There was a phone interview where they reviewed a little bit of your resume and asked some skills based questions. They also verify that you are willing to move when needed. After the phone call about a week later I got an email stating they would like to fly me to their head quarters to interview face to face. There I took a quiz that had different puzzle and thinking challenges. There was some coding questions. Then I meet with a recruiter who verified I understood the position and asked some basic questions. After I met with another implementation consultant separately who was suppose to get a general feel of how I think and if I would be a good fit for the company. Also, I was able to ask them any questions about their job. I recommend having questions.

Question 1
You have a piece of rope that when lit takes one hour to burn. A second piece of rope takes 2 hours to burn. We can't assume they burn evenly, ie. cutting the 2 hour rope in half will not create two 1 hour rope. How can you make a time that is for 45 minutes.
Interviewed at career fair, behavioral questions and a technical coding question, not super hard, only 2 rounds total to get hired, second round though was a 3 hour technical and behavioral interview

They asked several times if you are okay with being relocated every 2 years
There was an iq test then the second round interview. An easy leet code question and a brain teaser. The first round was just a phone screening. As long as you study the glassdoor questions and answer honestly you will be perfectly fine.
2 interviews. Both video calls. First call was a informational/get to know you call. Second call was 3 hour interview. Talked to someone in HR and do an IQ test. After, I was interviewed by a director and we did some brain teaser questions and pseudo code
