When I arrived, the recruiter showed me around the entire office which I thought was very nice. Then we went into a room, where I took a 30 question logic/puzzle test to rate my intelligence which I also thought was interesting and fun. Then my current boss came into the room and gave me about an hour technical interview to see how strong I was in different areas of database administration. The interview concluded with the manager having me go to lunch with one of the lead technical team members at a nice restaurant. I enjoyed the interviewing process very much.
