I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Fast Enterprises (Centennial, CO) in Nov 2015
Interview
The interview was a 3 step process. The 1st consisted of a phone interview with Human Resources with higher level questions and information about the company. The 2nd was a phone interview with a current training coordinator with the company with more information about the role itself. The 3rd was an in person interview at the company's development center in Centennial, CO. It started with a tour of the development center, then proceeded with a pen and paper logic test. We were given approximately 20-30 minutes to complete this test. Once this was complete, 2 individuals came in to interview me and also asked me to solve some logic questions on the board. It ended with giving me time to develop and present a mock presentation.
