I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Fast Enterprises
Interview
Fast was the first table I went to at my University's job fair and none of dozens of other employers came close to interesting me to the same degree. After giving them my resume and speaking to the company representatives, I was quickly offered an interview the following day.
The interview consisted of a 30 minute written test, which was mostly logic questions, pattern recognition, and a simple programming question. The in person interview was conducted by two people and consisted of scenario questions, like "If I were to give you an assignment and you quickly realized you had no idea how to complete the project, how long would you wait before coming back to me for help?" and many others. There was also a brief technical interview which involved questions about databases and basic programming.
After the interview, they let me know the next week that I was being offered a second interview and would be flown out to one of the company's head offices. In this interview I met three people, a person from HR, a current Implementation Consultant, and one of the founders of the company. This interview lasted almost two hours and consisted of several brain teaser questions and an extended technical portion.

Question 1
For me the most difficult questions were the ones on databases as it had been a long time since I had done any work with them.
2 interviews. Both video calls. First call was a informational/get to know you call. Second call was 3 hour interview. Talked to someone in HR and do an IQ test. After, I was interviewed by a director and we did some brain teaser questions and pseudo code

Question 1
There are three identical boxes of apples and oranges, except one contains all apples, one contains all oranges, and one contains a mix. The boxes are labeled “apples”, “oranges”, and “apples and oranges” but all 3 boxes were labeled incorrectly! You have the opportunity to inspect fruit from the boxes one at a time, without looking inside the box. What is the fewest number of fruit you need to inspect to correctly label the contents of the identical boxes?
It was a very quick process. I recieved a reply back within first two days of applying and scheduled a phone screening within a week from the email. Recuriter asked pretty average questions.
