I applied through college or university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Fast Enterprises (Lawrence, KS) in Dec 2020
Interview
It consists of 1 call that is halfway a technical interview and halfway a personability review. The technical questions were incredibly easy (around the easy level on Leetcode). The personability part was more just questions about you and seeing if you're a decent person.

I applied online. I interviewed at Fast Enterprises (Saint Paul, MN) in May 2026
Interview
I applied online and was contacted by a recruiter. The process included an initial screening call followed by a technical interview. I was asked about my previous experience, basic programming concepts, problem-solving, and how I approach coding tasks. The interviewers were professional and explained the next steps clearly.

Question 1
Can you describe a recent project you worked on and explain your role, the main technical challenges, and how you solved them?
Multilevel, looking to discern your ability to think outside of the box. There was a technical assessment component, and an IQ-like set of questions. You can be called into multiple interviews if you are seen as a potential. Moving is emphasized in the interview.
