First, the interviewer asks you to talk about yourself and if you know what the company does. She then explains what the company does and talks about if you're ready for relocation. After that, she asks you a couple of basic programming questions.

Interviewers were very supportive throughout the interview. Began with test, covering a range of relatively straightforward questions. Remainder of interview consisted of logic/analytical puzzles with some pseudo-code questions. I was then offered an opportunity to ask employees various questions, and sat with two junior consultants to discuss their work.
