Interview
Initially met them at a career fair recruiting event. After speaking with them I was invited to do a campus interview the next day. The on campus interview involved 30 minutes at the beginning to take a logical reasoning test with two programming questions on the back. Afterwards they briefly reviewed the test, mostly focusing on the programming questions at the end and the reasoning behind the questions. They explained the job of an IT consultant and their main areas of work. They then asked me general questions about the types of programming experience I had and some challenges I had faced in my time at Penn State.
Second round interview they flew me out to their headquarters in Denver, CO, and had me do case studies. Less behavior questions, more focused on problem solving and technical knowledge and logical reasoning.

There was an iq test then the second round interview. An easy leet code question and a brain teaser. The first round was just a phone screening. As long as you study the glassdoor questions and answer honestly you will be perfectly fine.
2 interviews. Both video calls. First call was a informational/get to know you call. Second call was 3 hour interview. Talked to someone in HR and do an IQ test. After, I was interviewed by a director and we did some brain teaser questions and pseudo code
