Hands down the most impersonal and strangest phone interview I have ever had. Shortly after applying I recieved an email with a phone number to call for a phone interview. When I called I was put on hold for 10-15 minutes. When I finally reached an HR representative they asked for my name and what position I interviewed for. Then they asked me one question. "What makes you qualified for this position?" I asked if they could tell me more about the position since the description was vague. They said "As this position is rarely open, I am not familiar with it". All I gotta say is, wow...
