1st interview (phone) - what you know about the company, tell me something about yourself, details on the resume, and when are you available.
2nd interview (store manager) - same with the first interview, with some additional questions about leadership and teamwork. Just go with the flow.
3rd interview (district manager) - question about leadership skills, teamwork, and book of business

Three tier interview system, went smooth very nice and insightful went for full time role and got offered part time role. They do say most part time roles will turn full time after a few months but still debating on working there due to the low pay they offer which is a very big con for someone trying to find work out of college.
