The interview process covered two different steps. The first one was at the job place (at one of the Italian Offices) and the second by phone with the Czech Republic Accounting department.

The first one was easy, only to meet me and the company. The phone interview in English was not difficult, they asked me some accounting rules and mechanisms related to audit standards, depreciation, inventories)
You have an initial phone screening. Then you have two interviews. You interview with the branch manager and the district manager. From start to finish, you’re looking about three weeks. It’s a relatively streamlined process.
Was a very solid process and made very simple. Typical interview questions and good people doing the interviews. No complaints at all. Would for sure recommend for anyone wanting to do this kinda job
