The interview process is quite long as it is the HR team aaid earlier in every step, “there is no particular time frame”. I was interviewed through telephonic call and later had a face on face interview with HR and later after 2weeks an interview through call. Unfortunately, I have’nt got selected and recieved a rejection mail. But, in my perspective, I will keep on trying for a position at Fastenal. I liked the way they treat the attendent. I reached there by 2:30pm and it was at 3pm and I got in before that and it was a mam who was interviewing me and it was quite superb session with her. I tried to give my 100, unfortunately not this time. Even she made me see the facility and given a good brief about the facility, I tried to recollect with my previous experience at warehouse operation. Later, after 2weeks, I got a call from HR team for a 5minutes interviewing and that went good. On may 2nd got a rejection mail. But, don’t worry about it, because I will try to get a position within Fastenal. I just dreamed for that company, so I will crack the hearts of HR team one day. I got interview for 1april and scheduled for 3pm. And later 2weeks, morning I got call from HR. Hope for the best and good for Fastenal team.
