Interview
3 step interview process. First a screen call if your qualifications match they send your info over to the General manager. 1st in person interview is with the General Manager. If you make it to the 2nd interview it is with the District Manager. My first interview was great and I thought the questions asked were important however the 2nd was what i would describe poor, district manager just talked about how hes not a fan of the current industry im in, once i heard his dissatisfaction with others in my line of work I knew I wouldn't be getting a offer unfortunately. Also nobody would explain the Salary/Pay Plan. They were very vague.

They do say most part time roles will turn full time after a few months but still debating on working there due to the low pay they offer which is a very big con for someone trying to find work out of college.
