Brief phone interview with the store manager to identify candidates to meet with in person. An interview was scheduled for the following week. The actual interview was with the Store Manager and lasted a little over an hour. He asked several standardized questions from a prepared form and made notes as we went along. Additional time was available to discuss previous work history and responsibilities and to answer any questions that I had. Second round of interviews were scheduled two weeks later with the District Manager and followed the same format.
