you submit your application and then receive confirmation of a phone interview. if you pass the phone interview you get an interview with the store manager. If the store manager like you, you get to interview with the district manager. after that, you more than likely will be hired

One in-person interview. Asked me a few situational questions but nothing too hard. I had worked mainly entry-level positions before so I don't think they were expecting anything too mind-blowing. They do drug test so be ready for that. The interview probably lasted about 20 minutes. They might bring in a district manager for the interview as well but they won't do it all of the time. Mainly just be ready to answer some situational questions and go over your previous work experience.
