I was contacted from the office manager from my Linkin profile. I wasn't sure on what to do at first because I wasn't used to be contacted that way. I looked up the company and I replied . I figured what hay.. she then wanted me to do a phone Interview with her which went well. Then I was passed on to the hiring manager and I was nervous but it went great! I sat with one other employee and kind of got a feel of what would I would be doing for about 20 mins ,then the interview and it went well. I felt like it was the perfect fit for me . After the interview the hiring manager asked me to email a short statement of why I would be a great fit for the company . I did that the same day. The next day I was called by the hiring manager and offered the position ! It felt so great .
