Interview
Phone call with recruiter, then another call with Keith Duncan (SVP of sales) both 30 mins each. Then an onsite interview in the Austin HQ that lasts 2.5 hours. Meet with several different team members and then you have to give a 15 min presentation at the end about the delivery industry or something else you choose. It's very scattered and unorganized. You get a quick 20-30 mins with each person and the conversation is always very shallow because there's limited time to deep dive after the usual 5-10 mins of just getting to know each other. If you're applying for an Account Executive position, I can assure you they're looking for a female that can sell to restaurant owners that a mostly male. If you read other reviews of employees that worked there, it's a very "bro culture." After the interview and linkedin searching I noticed all the AE's are female. The other issue they have is feedback... it's non-existent. You spend 2.5 hours there, plus time creating a presentation, not to mention the drive (1.5 hours each way) and they don't even have the decency to respond with feedback in a week's time. Just radio silence... quite frankly I wasn't that excited about the position to begin with because I don't even use Favor, but I think just common human courtesy would be to get your recruiter to send an email after the interview saying "I'm sorry you weren't selected." If you really want to be in this industry, take a look at some of their competitors for a job.

There was an initial call with the recruiter, a second interview with the regional manager and the final interview was with 5-6 people and it was over 2 hours with a presentation element
I had multiple interviews with different people in the sales org. Everyone was very nice and asked great questions. You have to give a presentation at the end. It was a great process for a new candidate
