It was very quick. Once you express interest in the position, they will send you an email asking you to come down for a "Sort Observation". They want to make sure you know what you are getting into. Once that is done, they will email you an application and schedule an interview. During the interview, They ask if you will be able to handle lifting up to 100 pounds and if you are comfortable standing for long periods. They really don't ask any behavioral questions. As long as you pass the background check, you will be hired.
Super easy, they just needed bodies, high turn over rare. Hired on the spot. Start the next day. Just show up, hourly rate based on you hours. Once you start you just clock in and out with a time card, no official roll call.
