I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at FedEx (San Diego, CA) in Jan 2012
Interview
As long as you pass the drug test you are in.
There's also a security clearance that you will need to pass and you will need to be finger printed twice. Once at the airport once at a facility of there choice. The interview is extremely easy, which is why you will be working with a ton of idiots. Best thing to do is to go to school get a degree. Do not try to make this a career as most of the idiots do. If you do not enjoy working for managers with McDonalds management skill level FedEx is not for you!
Pretty simple and easy they called me asked me basic questions about transportation and went over the job description and what I’d be doing overall it was easy and then they gave me a job offer
First is the the phone call, then background check, then orientation and work starts. Process is very straightforward and you can get started relatively quickly. Very easy process they really give just abiut anybody with internet access
There was not an interview process for this job. I completed the application and waited about two or three days before I was given a conditional offer that expired in 72 hours.
