Interview
Shifts cut in half every day. Half unloading boxes from trucks (goal of 1 box every 3 seconds or faster), half mushing packages on the line to respective sorting line. Early am shift started at 4:30 and ended when all boxes were loaded on trucks for the day.

Had a written test after a 2 hour training course which was taken and reviewed by hiring manager.
Pretty simple and easy they called me asked me basic questions about transportation and went over the job description and what I’d be doing overall it was easy and then they gave me a job offer
First is the the phone call, then background check, then orientation and work starts. Process is very straightforward and you can get started relatively quickly. Very easy process they really give just abiut anybody with internet access
There was not an interview process for this job. I completed the application and waited about two or three days before I was given a conditional offer that expired in 72 hours.
