I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at FedEx (Charlotte, NC) in Jan 2021
Interview
The interview was easy for me I was asked a series of questions by 2 interviewers at one time. One was the ops manager and the other was the general manager. I believe it was 10 questions in total regarding simple background administration work if any at all at pass jobs, or retail work, group settings, work ethics things in that nature the normal interview questions. Long story short I got the positions after only working at fedex for about 6 weeks or so. Fedex is a good place to work and can move up quick.
