I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at FedEx (Beltsville, MD) in Jun 2018
Interview
Package handler interview is pretty easy. The job has such high turnover that they hire anyone who shows up. Stations do tend to fill every so often, so you could go a week or 2 weeks without hearing anything. As long as you dont completely tank the initial survey test and the background check comes through ok, you're good.
Anything other than a package handler interview is a rough ultra mega competitive ride. The interview process is in BAR format and it could take you as many as 10 or so interviews to finally get the higher positions.
