Only asked skilled questions. Had a background check and also had a drug screening. Drug screening took about 2 weeks to get back. Interviewed then had a call the next day saying I was hired for the job.
Phone call interviews, mainly just asking if I was available to start soon and what times. They hired anyone for like base work. FedEx didn’t care about a job history as long as you showed up and worked.
