due to covid was all over the phone, didnt give good feedback to questions and had to be very detailed on previous out side of fedex experiences. Could not tell how the interview went. Took three weeks or later to get back results.

What is a previous experience you had with an upset employee?(describe the back ground, the initial reaction, and end result)
In the interview process use the B.A.R. format to answer any question. There are about five to six questions, and after you will have time with time at the end for your one questions.

Easy and good environment. Check their websites so it’s clear. Sharing this in public. Reference is preferred and prior experience. Well educated team to supervise and improve your career. Fedex ground and Express are kinda similar
