Experience based questions. Star format. Describe a situation task result. Pretty easy but be prepared for different situations that you have been in and how you redacted to them. Interviewer was understanding when it took a couple minutes to come up with answers.

The recruiter reached out via email to recommend my application. A brief phone call with basic qualifying questions was followed by an in-person interview where 2 managers interviewed me. A job offer was made on the spot and an immediate physical was performed. The job posted was not the same as the job offered/ interviewed for... they called it an "upgrade" which is alarming.
