I apply for this position through employee referral. I went charm test(IQ,EQ test) it took 3hours. Three day later I went to face to face interview. I had two interviewer and it took near 3hours. I felt pressure in my head because they need more and more detail answers. Lastly, we negotiated about salary. However they suggested me lower salary than I expected. As a result, I couldn't offer from FedEx.
