I applied online. I interviewed at FedEx in Apr 2018
Interview
Smooth interview. Friendly staff. Awesome company to work for. Interview consisted of a back and forth conversation. It felt more of a conversation as opposed to an interview. Made me more willing to work there.
It was a very straightforward interview process that included the submittal of a resume, receiving a callback, and scheduling an in-person interview. The interview was given by the actual manager that I would eventually work under.
