Interview
One of the most unusual interview process First round was phone screen by hiring manager followed by a technical excel test with hiring manager over teams. Last round, present to hiring manager about a bad team experience. Throughout 3 stages, never had the chance to 'sell' myself as you would expect for a normal interview. Only question asked by interviewer is where i want to work in this field, followed by interview talking about what candidate he is looking for. No time for even asking question about job scope.
