Initial round was a technical plus behavioral screening with the Hiring Manager. She asked a bunch of questions surrounding data science concepts and tell me about a time scenarios. Second & Final Panel Round : Manager shared a case study that I had to present during the interview related to Forecasting and later she asked multiple behavioral questions and another case study during the 2 hrs. Everything went well. But received a reject without any explanation. They sent out an automated email from Workday stating you are not being considered for this role. Completely weird experience, No Recruiter, No explanation about what went wrong. Absolutely pathetic experience. The least the Hiring manager could've done is replied to my email with a small note explaining why I was rejected.
