Completely asynchronous with multiple attempts to re-record. Only three or four questions, mostly of the normal variety. Tell me about yourself, why do you want to work here, a difficult situation you've navigated, etc. There is no feedback, though, and only your own face to stare at the entire time. So, it was a difficult interview and it became very awkward.
