Odd interview process that asks no technical questions that relates to the job directly. The interview requires B.A.R. (Background, action results) answers for each question. While the interview wasn't particularly difficult if you are expecting a technical interview for the position you will be caught off guard.

Name a time you had to solve an unforseen conflict in a work environment.
Easy, straightforward process. The interview only last 15 minutes but that's fine it doesn't really need to be much longer. Simple questions not difficult at all. I would say it's one of the easiest interviews I've done.
Panels of 3 persons. 2 managers and 1 HR personnel. They ask several star format questions. They will write everything you say down per protocol. They give you time to ask questions.
