I attended a hiring fair. I responded to the asst mgmt position at the location advertised. Dont waste your time attending a fedex job fair unless you are expecting entry level offers. The interview process is a joke: they interview you in a rushed and impersonal manner. They really juat want to know that you are available for any days and times and can assist at any local stores in the area and can float around if needed. but I later understood that they are looking to mass fill entry level spots. Then why advertise mid manager roles? Bad way of introducing future employees to your company
