They ask basic questions about your tough experiences in a work environment. They also ask about related work experience and if you are a team player. So long as you can talk about yourself in a good manner while showing that you are leader, you will be good.

7 to 8 bar format questions , with one open ended question. Two people from corporate wrote down my responses. The interview lasts about 25 minutes. Overall it was a good experience.
