Interview consisted of drug test and background. Process doesn't take long at all. Can also get an orientation date the same day you go to recruitment center so long as you pass your drug test.

Interview
Filled out app online, they texted and emailed me and interview link. Interview was over text and were yes or no questions (Can you lift 50 lbs., etc.). Couple minutes later, was sent an email to fill out background check paperwork. 30 minutes later, got a call from a manager inviting me to orientation tomorrow and asking what shift can I work. Very easy. Entire process happened on the same day in a 2 hour span.
