I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at FedEx (North Tonawanda, NY) in Aug 2023
Interview
It was completed virtually; it was very easy to log in to the system. The interviewers were kind, thoughtful and did not ask stereotypical questions: such as weakness/strengths, reasons for leaving, criticisms of previous managers.

I applied online. I interviewed at FedEx in Dec 2025
Interview
Two interviews. One with HR person and then with hiring manager. Final interview with manager, she didn't even have the camera on because it was "broken". That set up a weird dynamic talking to an empty scree. After every question and answer, she did not respond at all, just went onto the next question. They use AI a lot through the process.
