Signed up for a 'Watch a sort' to come meet HR reps and see employees loading trucks. The idea is to see what the job is so there are no surprises.
You are then sent an email with details on how to apply online. Once you complete the online application a recruiter calls to schedule an interview and runs a background check.
The whole process was quick and simple.
I applied for a seasonal position to work only during their peak season, the holidays. Upon arriving on the first day to fill out paperwork all new recruits were told they were permanent employees, not temporary seasonal.

Questions were generic and the interviewer was not really paying attention. She was bored and aloof.
Pretty simple and easy they called me asked me basic questions about transportation and went over the job description and what I’d be doing overall it was easy and then they gave me a job offer
First is the the phone call, then background check, then orientation and work starts. Process is very straightforward and you can get started relatively quickly. Very easy process they really give just abiut anybody with internet access
There was not an interview process for this job. I completed the application and waited about two or three days before I was given a conditional offer that expired in 72 hours.
