FedEx Warehouse Handler/Courier Driver interview questions

First received an email from HR to complete online driving test (Multiple Choice, Cross Match, Fill in the blank) to access general driver knowledge. This test has a 30 minute time limit but can be done in 15 minutes. Similar to a beginner's road test but has some truck questions and ABS handling scenarios. If you pass the online test, you get a phone interview. My phone interview was done by the same HR representative who sent me the email invite. Very simple interview. In Person interview with the hiring manager at the warehouse. Security is a concern and you will be signed in and signed out as well as escorted to your interview location. 3 or 4 "Behavior Interview" type questions.using STAR method. Note: Customer Service is a huge part of their business philosophy.
