I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Ferguson in Aug 2018
Interview
Talked to a recruiter on the phone about two different programs in the company. Decided on sales but they were having issues with sending out their third party video interview material.
After waiting about a week a virtual assistant contacted me for general information. This led to a one-way video interview. I found it to be awkward. You basically answer 3-4 very open ended questions.

Describe yourself?
Is there anything else you would like to tell us about yourself?
This was the most frustrating interview process I’ve ever had. I did the hirevue interview and then got invited to do a phone interview with Rachel Jansen. The phone interview was scheduled for May 15th and she never called so I sent a follow up, she apologized and rescheduled. The day of the rescheduled interview she once again didn’t call. I sent a follow up and never heard from her again until about 2 weeks later I received an automated rejection email. While now I’m grateful to not work for a company who has no respect for their potential candidates, it was extremely frustrating. The job market is really rough right now, so for a recruiter to do that is extremely disappointing.

Interview
Very thoughtful and through. I liked how they layed out how the program will set you up for the future and the different routes you can take over time. It was a long interview but good
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Ferguson (Chicago, IL) in May 2021
Interview
I had a sit down with a few members of the organization and was asked a variety of questions. It was a great experience. They were understanding, but made sure to ask though-provoking questions
